This brand-new, single-level home pairs considered contemporary design with the calm of forest-estate living. Everything sits on one floor, which makes it as practical for young families as it is for those looking to downscale without compromise.

The living areas open onto a private garden and sparkling pool, giving the home an easy indoor–outdoor flow for family days and weekend entertaining. A separate scullery keeps prep and clean-up out of sight, so the kitchen stays clean and sociable.

Four bedrooms offer generous space for the whole family, served by 3.5 bathrooms, including a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between two of the bedrooms. Air-conditioning keeps the home comfortable through the North Coast summers, and the rental includes curtains, fitted before you move in. A double garage completes the picture.

Beyond your front door, Elaleni’s protected coastal forest invites you onto boardwalks and walking trails. The leisure centre, forest clubhouse, padel and tennis courts and private Beach Club round out one of the North Coast’s most sought-after estate lifestyles.
